Key Responsibilities
Conduct regular inspections of food and beverage products to assess quality and compliance with specifications.
Monitor production processes to ensure adherence to safety, hygiene, and quality standards.
Develop and implement quality control procedures and documentation.
Analyze quality data and prepare reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Collaborate with production, procurement, and supply chain teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
Train staff on quality standards and best practices in food handling and preparation.
Stay updated on industry regulations and standards to ensure compliance.
Participate in internal and external audits related to quality assurance.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Nutrition, or a related field (preferred).
years of experience in quality control within the food and beverage industry.
Strong knowledge of food safety regulations (e.g., HACCP, FDA).
Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
Proficient in quality management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Should have transferable visa
