Location: Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia
(Hospital Kitchen)

Employment Package:
• Basic monthly salary: SAR 3,000
• Company-provided accommodation and transportation
• Three daily meals provided
• Work schedule: 6 days a week, 9 hours per day including 1-hour break
• Overtime available based on operational needs
• Two-year employment contract

A leading food services company in Al Khobar is seeking to hire a qualified and dedicated Food Quality & Safety Controller to join our team working within a large hospital kitchen.

Job Title: Food Quality & Safety Controller

Qualifications & Requirements:
• A relevant degree or diploma in Food Safety or Food Technology
• Strong knowledge of HACCP and ISO standards
• Full proficiency in English (spoken and written)
• Prior experience in a food service or healthcare environment is an advantage

Job Description:
• Monitor and enforce food safety and hygiene standards
• Implement HACCP procedures and maintain documentation
• Conduct regular inspections of food storage, preparation, and serving areas
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Train staff on food safety practices
• Report and document non-conformities and corrective actions
• Cooperate with internal and external audits
