Job Opportunity – HR Supervisor (Jazan)

Key Responsibilities:
✅ Oversee HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance.
✅ Ensure alignment with Saudi labor laws and company policies.
✅ Support performance management and employee development initiatives.
✅ Manage HR documentation, payroll coordination, and administrative tasks.
✅ Assist in handling government relations and visa processing.
Requirements:
✔️ Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
✔️ Minimum 5 years of HR experience, preferably in the construction or contracting industry.
✔️ Strong knowledge of Saudi labor laws and HR best practices.
✔️ Excellent communication and leadership skills.
✔️ Proficiency in HRMS software and Microsoft Office.
