Job Description:
Lala Star Trading Company is seeking qualified and experienced Purchase Coordinators to join our FMCG Division in Dammam. The candidate should have 3–5 years of relevant experience in FMCG purchasing, with well-developed skills in office administration and organization. Preference will be given to candidates with a corporate background and a proven ability to manage procurement processes effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely procurement of FMCG products
Manage purchase orders and maintain accurate transaction records
Negotiate pricing and terms with suppliers to ensure cost efficiency
Monitor inventory levels and maintain stock availability
Collaborate with internal departments to forecast demand and plan purchases accordingly
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
3–5 years of proven experience in FMCG purchase coordination
Strong administrative and organizational skills.
Excellent negotiation and communication abilities
High proficiency in Arabic and English (spoken and written)
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Attested experience certificate from previous employer(s)
Age limit: Below 40 years
