Having strong knowledge of Hardware and software along with partial knowledge of networking.
* Supporting customers through technical and administrative activities.
* Travel to customer sites to perform site assessment as well as install, commission, maintain, and troubleshoot Profound products.
* Organize and prioritize schedule in accordance with customer requirements to determine needs for immediate attention, onsite visits, and remote assistance.
* Preparing and submitting service reports.
Field Service Engineer requirements and qualifications :
• Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or similar field or Diploma.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a field service management
• Ability to effectively communicate with customers
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently
• Ability to work under pressure
