Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Lash Technician with a minimum of 3 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should be proficient in various lash extension techniques, possess strong attention to detail, and be dedicated to providing top-quality beauty services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
Perform classic, hybrid, and volume lash extensions with precision and care.
Conduct lash lifts, tints, and refills based on client preferences.
Assess client needs and provide professional recommendations on lash styles and aftercare.
Maintain a clean, sanitary, and organized work environment, following salon hygiene protocols.
Keep up-to-date with industry trends and techniques to provide the best services.
Offer exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Assist in promoting lash services and salon products when needed.

Requirements & Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Lash Technician.
Certification in lash extensions from a recognized training program.
Strong knowledge of lash health, application techniques, and aftercare.
Additional skills in brow lamination, tinting, and waxing are a plus.
Ability to work in a fast-paced salon environment while maintaining quality.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
