Job Description
We are hiring a Factory Assistant Manager with 3+ years of experience in marble or building materials manufacturing.
Key Duties:
1. Supervise production and teams.
2. Ensure quality, safety, and machine maintenance.
3. Coordinate with sales and project teams.
4. Submit regular performance reports.
Requirements:
* Bahraini national.
* Bachelor’s in Industrial / Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
* Strong leadership and communication skills.
* Experience with marble machinery and processes.
* Certification or Knowledge of ISO / PMP are a plus.
