Summary:
We are seeking a driven and organized Recruitment and Personnel Officer to join our
growing team. You will play a key role in attracting, recruiting, and onboarding new
team members while providing ongoing support to maintain the team members.
Responsibilities:
● Recruitment:
○ Understand staffing needs and requirements.
○ Build and develop sourcing channels whether recruitment portals,
manpower agents, or direct sourcing.
○ Source qualified candidates through various channels, including job
boards, social media, and agents.
○ Manage and control the recruitment risks whether it is related to
agents, applicants, or onboarding.
○ Screen resumes and conduct interviews to identify the right team
member according to job requirements and interview checklist.
○ Manage the interview process, including scheduling, logistics, and
candidate communication.
○ Make hiring recommendations to hiring managers.
○ Clarify the company’s offering and contractual terms and negotiate
candidates' packages.
○ Manage overseas agents and visa process updates
○ Achieve the staffing target as per the management manpower plan.
○ Communicate actively and escalate stoppers, risks, or issues related to
recruitment.
● Personnel:
○ Onboard new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
○ Review paperwork related to employee documents,contracts, payroll,
and other related documentation.
○ Maintain accurate employee records
○ Conduct and supervise that the training of the onboarded staff is
conducted effectively.
○ Monitoring and escalating system tickets and risks related to staff
which might cause retention issues as quickly as possible.
○ Assist and support team members and provide administrative support
as required by your direct manager such as training, incident support,
etc.

Requirements:
● Minimum 1-3 years of experience in recruitment and/or personnel
administration.
● Strong recruitment and understanding of hiring practices.
● Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills
● Proficient in MS Office Suite and HR software (a plus).
● Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
● Detail-oriented and results-driven.
● Proficient in English and Urdu ( a plus).
