Business Development Specialist - FM/O&M

A reputable Facilities Management organisation based in Al Khobar is looking for a Business Development Specialist that will managed and enhance their organisation’s market position and drives financial growth. The rolel is responsible for defining the organisation's long-term strategic goals, building key customer relationships, identifying business opportunities, negotiating and closing deals, and maintaining a comprehensive understanding of current market conditions.

 Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 3 years related experience
 Strong working knowledge and experience in the industry.
 Ability to work collegially and across cultures in a diverse work environment
 Proven management, supervisory, budgeting, and negotiating skills
 Proven ability to negotiate contracts

The candidate must have excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic, a KSA Driver's license, and a transferable Iqama.
