Civil Engineer

Job Responsibilities:
• Manage parts of construction projects and oversee their execution.
• Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ) with accuracy and professionalism.
• Supervise construction work and ensure it is carried out according to plans.
• Conduct site surveys and prepare necessary reports.
• Set out sites and align them with engineering drawings.
• Review technical designs and drawings to verify accuracy and ensure proper implementation.
• Supervise subcontracted staff and ensure efficient workflow.
• Ensure project packages meet agreed specifications, budgets, and timelines.
• Coordinate and communicate with clients, subcontractors, government authorities, architects, and other professionals, including quantity surveyors and project managers.
• Provide technical advice and resolve on-site issues.
• Prepare site reports, estimate project costs, and document progress.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sustainability policies and regulations.
• Ability to prepare budgets and pricing estimates with high accuracy and professionalism.
