HR Manager - Bahraini Male

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to lead the human resources function for a well-established engineering company in Bahrain. The role involves managing end-to-end HR operations, aligning people strategy with business goals, and fostering a high-performance, compliant, and inclusive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive the full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, performance management, learning & development, employee relations, and compliance.

Partner with business leaders to develop and execute strategic HR initiatives that support workforce productivity and retention.

Ensure compliance with local labor laws and industry regulations.

Enhance employee engagement and foster a positive workplace environment.

Support workforce planning, succession planning, and talent development aligned with organizational needs.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (MBA/HR certification preferred).

7+ years of HR experience with at least 3 years in a managerial role, preferably within engineering, manufacturing, or industrial sectors.

Strong knowledge of Bahrain labor law and HR best practices.

Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Proven experience in implementing HR systems, policies, and employee engagement frameworks.
