Waiter/Waitress

• Greet and welcome guests as they enter the restaurant and encourage guests to be excited to return again.
• Provide excellent customer service for each guest entering the establishment.
• Ensure a clean environment and that designated tables are properly arranged.
• Assist guests regarding menu items in an informative and helpful manner.
• Have full knowledge of beverage lists and promotions, menu items, and preparation methods.
• Deliver all food items to tables in the correct order and to the appropriate guests.
• Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage.
• Inform restaurant staff about customers’ feedback or requests (e.g. when they ask for the check).
• Make sure families with young children get kids menus and special silverware sets.
