Responsibilities
Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain optimal uptime and reliability
Implement and configure network devices and services, including routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify network requirements and design scalable solutions
Provide technical support to internal teams and clients, resolving network incidents promptly
Document network configurations, changes, and troubleshooting steps to maintain an accurate knowledge base
Conduct regular network assessments and recommend improvements to enhance performance and security
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in network support or engineering roles
In-depth knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, BGP, OSPF)
Proficiency in configuring and managing networking hardware such as routers, switches, and firewalls
Experience with network monitoring tools and troubleshooting methodologies
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret network performance data
Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, CompTIA Network+) are a plus
