Main Tasks:
• Assist the direct supervisor in setting the key objectives of the department or section; perform and implement a range of different administrative tasks; and work on proposing and implementing the plans, programs, and projects that contribute to the achievement of such objectives.
• Provide the necessary support to the co-workers with less experience in the branch or administration; and ensure the transfer of expertise and knowledge necessary for their development and the improvement of their performance.
• Carry out various administrative and procedural processes as needed to fulfill the needs of the branch or department regarding these processes.
• Implement the specialized processes, projects, and initiatives; utilize the technical knowledge and expertise to ensure the best outcomes.
• Prepare, participate in presenting and clarifying, and maintain the corresponding database, the specialized documents, and reports, as per the approved policies and procedures.
