Electrical Engineer

Looking for a Electrical Engineer for a Real Estate Firm with a minimum experience of 5 years in Saudi Arabia Construction Industry (Commercial and Residential)

Should have knowledge in

Inspection & Testing:
Conduct routine inspections for electrical installations such as cables, panels, transformers, switchgear, and grounding systems.
Perform insulation resistance, continuity, and high-voltage tests on electrical systems.
Inspect electrical terminations and connections.

Site Supervision & Reporting:
Monitor site activities and ensure proper execution of electrical works.
Identify non-conformities, issue Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), and recommend corrective actions.
Coordinate with construction teams to resolve quality issues.

Safety & Compliance:
Ensure compliance with Saudi Building Code (SBC), NEC, IEC, and NFPA standards.
Verify earthing and lightning protection systems for safety compliance.
Ensure proper implementation of lockout/tagout (LOTO) procedures.

Final Inspections & Handover:
Conduct pre-commissioning and commissioning inspections.
Assist in system energization and verify functionality.
Prepare final quality reports and handover documentation.

Review & Documentation:
Verify project specifications, drawings, and method statements.
Ensure compliance with SEC, Aramco, or other local standards (if applicable).
Prepare Inspection & Test Plans (ITP) and related QA documentation.
Maintain quality records and test reports.

Supplier & Material Approval:
Inspect electrical materials and equipment to ensure compliance with approved specifications.
Verify vendor documents and conduct Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) if needed.

Process Audits & Compliance:
Conduct internal quality audits to ensure work follows project quality management systems.
Ensure adherence to ISO 9001:2015 and other relevant quality standards.

Salary Range (Total Package) - 6000 to 7000 SAR
Transferrable Iqama required
Multilingual ( Should be able to communicate in Arabic & English)
