Air Conditions - Installation Supervisor.

Responsibilities AC Technicians Supervisor:



As the Supervisor for all the AC Technicians' installation and Maintenance departments you will be responsible for the follow-up on the installation work at the sites.

Organize the technicians in loading the air condition units from the warehouses and coordinate to arrange assistants to the technicians, solve problems with customers, and inspect the sites.

Before installation, increase the technician's availability, and reduce the number of canceled requests before Or after the technician visits the customer.

Periodically inspect the technicians’ cars and installation tools and check them in case they are damaged, receiving and delivering them, inspecting the uniform periodically, and providing technical support.

Support to the installation teams at the sites.

Supervising field training for new technicians, and issuing air conditioners.

Inspect the technician's vehicles, if they are not sufficient then arrange additional vehicles to load the air conditioners that the technician received, and receive a large car for each supervisor.

Periodically checking tools and materials for installation, including copper, scaffolding, and installation kits. technicians, if any Problem with the site visit the site directly.

Requirements :

Arabic Speaker.

Education and Experience Required:

Bachelor Degree.

Technical or Diploma Certificates.

Experienced IN AIR CONDITION Companies as a Supervisor for at least 3- 5 years.

Transferable Iqama.

Work location - Riyadh.
