We are looking for a customer care & social media assistant for an online trading platform based in Riyadh, KSA.. You can work at your home also depending on the work.. candidates should speak the English, Hindi & Arabic language very well.

Duties..
1. follow up & fix the customer quarries through massages and direct call to customer.
2. follow up & replay the social medias enquires..
3. works with clients who have complaints, orders, or require information about products/services purchased from the organization. They also provide solutions that fit those individualized situations and prioritize the customers' needs at each step of the process.
