HSE Officer (Construction Industry)

We're seeking an experienced HSE Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

- Implementing and maintaining health, safety, and environment (HSE) policies and procedures
- Conducting risk assessments and site inspections
- Developing and delivering HSE training programs
- Investigating incidents and near misses
- Collaborating with project teams to ensure HSE compliance

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., occupational health and safety, environmental science)
- Proven 7+ years experience as an HSE Officer in a similar industry
- Strong knowledge of HSE regulations and standards
- Excellent communication and training skills
- Ability to work independently
