We’re Hiring: Sourcing Specialist – Equipment & Manpower (Cross-Hiring)

We are a rental equipment and manpower supply company, currently looking for a Sourcing Specialist to handle cross-hiring of equipment and manpower.

Key Responsibilities:
• Source and manage third-party suppliers for equipment and manpower
• Negotiate rates, terms, and agreements with vendors
• Coordinate with internal teams to fulfill project needs
• Build and maintain a reliable vendor network

Requirements:
• Experience in sourcing or procurement (preferably in equipment/manpower)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Must speak Arabic well enough to communicate with Arab suppliers
• Indian or Pakistani candidates preferred
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure
