Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Officer to join our team. The role primarily focuses on promoting and selling our PPE and fire alarm systems across the Eastern Province.
Responsibilities:
Sales and Business Development:
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
Identify potential clients and build strong relationships.
Conduct market research to understand customer needs and preferences.
Present our PPE and fire alarm systems to potential buyers.
Negotiate contracts and close deals.
Marketing and Brand Awareness:
Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling campaigns.
Organize and participate in industry events, trade shows, and exhibitions.
Increase brand visibility through digital and traditional channels.
Monitor competitor activities and adjust marketing efforts accordingly.
Client Relationship Management:
Provide excellent customer service and address client inquiries.
Maintain regular communication with existing clients.
Upsell additional products and services as appropriate.
Handle customer feedback and resolve any issues promptly.
Reporting and Analysis:
Prepare regular sales reports and performance metrics.
Analyze market trends and adjust strategies as needed.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the operations team.
Requirements:
Experience:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in PPE and fire alarm systems.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Skills:
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
Familiarity with social media and web analytics.
Excellent organizational abilities.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
