At Atharid Accounting and Book Keeping, we’re seeking a Tax Compliance Support Executive to assist in managing and ensuring tax compliance for a diverse portfolio of clients across the UAE.

✅ Key Responsibilities:
Assist in preparing and filing VAT returns for multiple clients

Coordinate with clients to collect necessary tax documentation and ensure timely submissions

Maintain accurate and up-to-date tax records in accordance with FTA guidelines

Support in responding to FTA audits, clarifications, and notices

Stay updated on UAE tax laws, regulations, and changes

Work closely with accountants and compliance team to ensure client tax health

Prepare tax reports, reconciliations, and assist with ESR & UBO compliance processes

???? Ideal Candidate:
1–3 years of experience in tax support or compliance roles (UAE experience preferred)

Familiar with UAE VAT Law, FTA portal processes, and basic accounting principles

Detail-oriented with strong documentation and follow-up skills

Working knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets, and basic accounting software

Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Law preferred; VAT Compliance Diploma or similar qualification is a plus

Good communication skills and ability to handle multiple client deadlines
