A leading garnet recycling factory in UAE is seeking an experienced Production In-charge to oversee and optimize operations at our facility in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities:

1) Manage daily factory operations, production planning and optimization.

2) Ensure efficient utilization of resources and adherence to quality standards.

3) Lead and mentor production teams to achieve targets.

4) Implement safety protocols and maintain compliance with UAE regulations.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Production In-charge in a garnet processing industry in the Gulf region.

Minimum 5 years of production management experience.

Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Knowledge of machinery, maintenance, and quality control systems.
