Overview:
We are hiring an experienced Bus and Truck Fitter / Mechanic to handle maintenance, repairs, and overhauls of vehicle engines and chassis systems. The ideal candidate is skilled in diagnostics, repairs, and safety standards, with strong mechanical knowledge and problem-solving abilities.
Key Duties:
Conduct inspections and diagnostics on buses/trucks
Repair engines, transmissions, and chassis systems
Address mechanical faults efficiently
Maintain detailed service records
Ensure a safe and organized workspace
Stay current with repair technologies
Requirements:
High school diploma; technical certification preferred
5+ years’ experience with buses/trucks
Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and chassis systems
Skilled in tools, diagnostics, and repair software
CDL and flexible work availability preferred
