Zartec Solution is a dynamic and fast-growing company dedicated to Retail Equipment's and solutions We are looking for a highly motivated Female Business Development Manager to join our team and drive our growth initiatives.

Job Overview:
As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, Client Visiting, expanding existing relationships, and driving revenue growth. This role requires an entrepreneurial mindset, strategic thinking, negotiation skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across departments, travelling across regions is a part of the job and a valid driving license will be an added advantage. Will be Directly reporting to the Director BDM & Sales and share the developments time to time as reports.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities through research, networking, and lead generation

Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients

English speaking is a must and Arabia speaking is an advantage

Negotiate and close deals with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes

Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement growth strategies

Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of industry changes

Report on business development performance, strategies, and goals to senior management

Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to contract negotiation

Responsible for KSA/Bahrain/UAE

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred)

Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

Ability to think strategically and identify innovative solutions

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team

Should be willing to travel outside country for business growth

Knowledge of Retail Equipment Sales/business is a plus
