Key Responsibilities:

Full-cycle recruitment and onboarding
Employee relations and conflict resolution
Payroll, attendance, and leave management
UAE labor law compliance and HR policy implementation
Training & development coordination
Performance management and staff evaluations

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
Proven HR experience in the UAE
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws
Professional, discreet, and reliable
