Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor with 7-10 years of expertise in interior finishing tendering for projects in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will be responsible for cost estimation, preparing tender documents, analyzing project costs, and ensuring competitive bidding while maintaining profitability and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare detailed cost estimates for interior finishing works, ensuring accuracy and compliance with project requirements.
• Analyze tender documents, drawings, and specifications to determine material, labor, and subcontractor costs.
• Develop and submit competitive tender proposals, ensuring compliance with local regulations and client requirements.
• Conduct cost analysis, risk assessment, and value engineering to optimize project costs.
• Source and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain the best pricing.
• Prepare BOQs (Bills of Quantities) based on project drawings and specifications.
• Collaborate with project managers, designers, and procurement teams to ensure cost-effective solutions.
• Monitor market trends, material prices, and labor costs in Saudi Arabia to enhance pricing strategies.
• Provide support in contract administration, claims management, and cost control during project execution.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• 7-10 years of experience in interior finishing tendering within the construction industry in Saudi Arabia.
• Strong knowledge of cost estimation, BOQ preparation, and tendering procedures.
• Familiarity with Saudi Arabian construction regulations and pricing trends.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and quantity surveying software (e.g., Candy, CostX).
• Excellent negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict tender submission deadlines.
• Fluency in English is required; Arabic proficiency is a plus.
• Immediate Joining or maximum 1 week will be advantage.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience working with interior fit-out contractors or consultancy firms.
• Knowledge of FIDIC contracts and Saudi procurement laws.
• Certification from RICS (Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors) or equivalent is an advantage.
