Job Description:
1- Handling/follow of receivable and payable accounts/expenses/banks.
2- Registration of financial and accounting records and preparation of documents for financial operations related to expenses and revenues lost to the controls and auditing company Assistance in the preparation of annual financial reports
3- Follow-up financial procedures/ and handing financial release of sales orders
4- Ensure Stock lodger is updated all time.
5- Preparation of monthly financial transactions for expenses and P&L
6- Assets register and depreciation
7- Any other functions or competencies that goes under accounting and finance for the company.
8- Bad debts provisions proposal.
9- VAT reports and declaration
Skills
1- Ability to use programs such as microsoft office/email/Focus or equivalent
2- Ability to determine the quality of each expenditure to be properly oriented
3- Understand the nature of the accounts until the restrictions are correct
4- Accuracy and organization and ability to work under pressure
5- Follow up and permanent review of the work entrusted to him
6-Language skills: Fluent in Arabic/English (Written & Spoken).
7- Active, well organized, efficient, time measured, cooperative, pressure tolerant & teamwork player.
8- Saudi Driving license
9- SOCPA registered with saudi authority
