Read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and machining tolerances.
Conduct precision machining and ensure proper alignment of machined surfaces.
Work in confined spaces and harsh industrial environments like refineries, power plants, and offshore platforms.
Carry out equipment maintenance and calibration of machining tools.
Ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality standards.
3. Lifting Technician Responsibilities:
Perform lifting and rigging operations using cranes, hoists, and lifting tackles.
Inspect and maintain lifting equipment such as slings, shackles, chain blocks, and spreader beams.
Follow industry lifting standards, including LOLER, ASME B30, and OSHA guidelines.
Conduct risk assessments and ensure safe lifting practices.
Work in coordination with riggers, crane operators, and site supervisors for heavy lifting operations.
Operate lifting gear safely and efficiently while ensuring proper load balance.
Maintain detailed records of lifting activities and equipment certifications.
