Job Description
A reputed Facility Management Company in Bahrain is searching for a qualified Property & Facilities Manager to oversee all its managing properties.
Qualification/Skills/Experience:
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
• Must have minimum 3 years experience in Property/Facility Management
• Proven Marketing and Leasing experience of properties
• Experience in Budgeting, Vendor Management, Operations and Maintenance
• Knowledge of property valuation is an advantage
• Working knowledge of Maintenance Legislative compliance.
• Able to deal with Clients at all levels
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Must hold a valid Driver’s License in Bahrain
