The Property Advisor role involves assisting clients in purchasing, selling, and renting real estate
properties. You will act as a trusted advisor, providing valuable market insights, conducting
property evaluations, and negotiating transactions to ensure the best outcomes for clients.

The deliverables for this position are as follows:

• Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties.
• Conduct market research to identify property trends.
• Provide expert advice on property investments.
• Negotiate property prices and terms on behalf of clients.
• Coordinate property viewings and open houses.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and real estate professionals.
• Meeting with prospective tenants, taking them on tours of the units they are interested in
and highlighting the benefits of the units and property
• Maintain and update listings of available properties
• Confirming information and references provided by potential tenants on the application
• Collecting application fees and security deposits from potential tenants and monthly rental
payments from existing tenants
• Negotiating lease renewals, including communicating changes in prices or terms
• Informing residents of any changes to their rental agreement or upcoming events or issues
associated with the property
• Creating marketing and promotional materials to advertise vacant units on the property
• Promote sales through advertisements, open houses and listing services
• Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices
