Job Responsibilities:

Operate hydraulic shearing and press bending machines to cut and shape metal sheets according to specifications.

Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and job orders.

Set up machines, adjust settings, and ensure proper calibration.

Monitor machine operations to ensure accuracy and quality standards.

Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of machines as needed.

Maintain a clean and safe working environment.

Collaborate with the production team to meet deadlines and quality expectations.

Requirements:

Must have proven experience operating hydraulic shearing and press bending machines.

Strong understanding of sheet metal fabrication processes.

Ability to read technical drawings and blueprints.

Basic knowledge of machine maintenance and troubleshooting.

Attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Physical ability to lift and maneuver heavy materials as required.

Currently working on hydraulic shearing and press bending machines.

Must be residing in the UAE.
