Job Description:
We are looking for a highly skilled Fit-Out Project Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and supervising interior fit-out projects, ensuring timely completion, quality workmanship, and adherence to project specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage the execution of interior fit-out projects from planning to handover.
Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource plans to ensure timely completion.
Coordinate with clients, architects, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Ensure all fit-out works comply with design specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
Conduct site inspections and resolve any technical or operational issues.
Supervise and guide site supervisors, contractors, and workforce.
Manage procurement of materials and ensure proper inventory control.
Prepare progress reports, documentation, and project status updates.
Ensure compliance with local building codes and company policies.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
Minimum 5-8 years of experience in interior fit-out or construction projects.
Strong knowledge of construction materials, finishing, and fit-out techniques.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Primavera, MS Project, or related project management tools.
Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Knowledge of local building regulations and health & safety standards.
