E-commerce Team Leader – Jeddah, Saudi Arabia

We are hiring an E-commerce Team Leader to launch, manage, and expand online stores on Noon, Amazon, and other platforms. This role requires hands-on experience in e-commerce operations and the ability to build and lead a local team.

Set up and manage online stores on Noon, Amazon, and other platforms.
Recruit, train, and lead a local e-commerce team.
Oversee product listings, pricing, inventory, and order fulfillment.
Develop marketing strategies to increase sales and brand visibility.
Monitor store performance and optimize operations based on sales data.
Work with suppliers, logistics, and customer support teams.

Requirements

Three to six years of experience in e-commerce (Noon, Amazon, or similar platforms).
Experience in team management and business growth.
Strong skills in online sales, product management, and digital marketing.
Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
