China Harbour Engineering Arabia Company Ltd. is seeking an experienced Contract Manager to join our team at Red Sea Global Projects, Umluj.

_Job Summary_
We are looking for a highly skilled Contract Manager with a strong background in managing post-contracts, particularly FIDIC contracts. The ideal candidate will have expertise in handling FIDIC Red Book , Yellow and Silver Book.

_Job Description_
- Manage post-contracts and ensure compliance with contractual terms and conditions
- Handle FIDIC contracts, including Red Book, Yellow Book and Silver Book
- Manage claims, disputes, and variations
- Analyze and resolve contractual disputes
- Negotiate with clients and stakeholders
- Manage multiple contracts and priorities simultaneously

_Requirements_
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Law, or a related field
- Minimum 7 years of experience in contract management
- Previous experience handling FIDIC contracts, especially Red Book, Yellow Book, and Silver Book
- Experience managing claims, disputes, and variations
- In-depth knowledge of Primavera
- Expertise in handling Extension of Time Claims methodologies
- Strong understanding of contractual terms, conditions, and legal aspects
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
