Now Hiring: Airline Ticketing Staff (Galileo GDS & IATA Certified)

We are seeking an experienced and IATA-certified Ticketing Staff member with a strong knowledge of the Galileo GDS system to join our team. If you have a passion for travel, excellent customer service skills, and at least 2 years of experience in the airline ticketing field, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

Book and process airline tickets using the Galileo GDS system
Knowledge of all B2B Portals
Assist customers with flight bookings, changes, and cancellations
Provide accurate information on flight schedules, pricing, and policies
Handle customer inquiries and resolve ticketing-related issues professionally
Process payments and issue e-tickets
Stay updated on airline promotions and fare rules
Maintain organized and accurate records of transactions
Assist with operational tasks during peak travel periods

Qualifications:

IATA Certification is required
Proficient in using the Galileo GDS system
At least 2 years of experience in airline ticketing
Strong understanding of airline procedures, fare rules, and ticketing processes
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
Flexibility to work weekends and evening shifts
A positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
