Job Overview:

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Waiter cum Kitchen Assistant to join our bakery team. This role requires multitasking between front-of-house and back-of-house duties, ensuring a smooth and pleasant customer experience while supporting kitchen operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service:
• Greet customers warmly and take orders efficiently.
• Serve food and beverages at the counter or tables.
• Provide information about menu items and promotions.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
• Process payments and manage cash register transactions accurately.

Kitchen Assistance:
• Assist in food preparation, including baking, decorating, and assembling bakery products.
• Ensure ingredients are properly measured and prepared.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen area.
• Support chefs and bakers in daily tasks.
• Follow food safety and hygiene regulations.

General Duties:
• Keep the dining and kitchen areas clean, including washing dishes and utensils.
• Restock shelves, refrigerators, and kitchen supplies as needed.
• Assist in receiving and storing deliveries.
• Ensure smooth coordination between the kitchen and service areas.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the manager.

Requirements:
• Previous experience in a bakery, café, or restaurant is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Friendly and customer-focused attitude.
• Ability to stand for long hours and perform physical tasks as required.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
