Job Description

As an Assistant Operations Manager or Operations Manager, you will lead the Operations function for Hospitality Management. Reporting to the General Manager, you will ensure compliance with hospitality standards, drive team performance, and contribute to the strategic growth of the business.

Key Responsibilities:
Operational Excellence: ✔️ Manage or assist in overseeing daily operations across hospitality outlets. ✔️ Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and brand standards. ✔️ Conduct regular visits to outlets to address operational challenges.
Leadership & Team Development: ✔️ Lead and support outlet managers and staff to achieve operational efficiency. ✔️ Collaborate with HR to manage staffing, training, and conflict resolution. ✔️ Develop high-performing teams and prepare future leaders.
Performance & Financial Management: ✔️ Achieve KPIs for sales, service quality, and profitability. ✔️ Control costs, optimize resources, and improve financial performance. ✔️ Analyze performance data and implement strategic improvements.
Customer Satisfaction: ✔️ Collaborate with the Guest Relations Team to resolve customer inquiries and feedback. ✔️ Enhance service delivery and ensure product quality consistency. ✔️ Oversee catering services and special events for smooth execution.

Qualifications:
Education: ???? Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
