Job Description:
We are looking for a highly creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote our brand, products, and services. This role requires a deep understanding of current digital marketing tools, trends, and strategies to drive website traffic, generate leads, and boost brand awareness.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and PPC.
Manage and optimize content for websites, blogs, and social media platforms to enhance online presence.
Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new digital marketing opportunities.
Monitor and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, and HubSpot.
Collaborate with the content and design teams to create engaging and high-quality marketing materials.
Optimize website content and structure for search engine ranking and user experience.
Manage paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies to enhance campaign effectiveness.
Engage with customers through social media platforms and online communities.
Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to achieve marketing objectives.
Requirements & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of SEO, PPC, Google Ads, social media marketing, and email marketing.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, SEMrush, and HubSpot.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Creative mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Experience with graphic design and content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
Knowledge of HTML/CSS is a bonus but not required.
