Job Title: Division Manager Finance & Controlling

Location: Jubail, Saudi Arabia
Reports to: Regional CFO ME, MD KSA

Job Responsibilities:

1. Financial Management & Compliance:
Oversee financial accounting, treasury, controlling, tax, and compliance functions. Prepare
monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in line with IFRS and internal cost accounting
standards.
2. Process Optimization:
Drive cross-divisional understanding (HR, purchase, inventory).
Optimize work procedures for lean and efficient finance operations.
Enhance and digitize internal controls for improved compliance.
3. Financing & Budgeting:
Negotiate financing concepts with local and international banks.
Implement programs to optimize working capital and balance sheet KPIs.
Manage debtor accounts, negotiate with customers, and prepare business plans.
4. Strategic Contributions:
Present business development strategies to the local and regional management board.
Lead negotiations for guarantees and credit lines with Saudi banks.
5. Regulatory Compliance:
Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and introduce relevant controls.

Education:
Master's degree in business administration or CPA/CA/ACCA certification.

Experience:
At least 5 years of experience as a Finance Manager in the industrial service or construction sector, with annual revenues exceeding SAR 500 million.

Skills and Attributes:
* Assertive personality with strong analytical skills.
* Excellent English proficiency: knowledge of Arabic is desirable
* High affinity with ERP systems (preferably SAP FI, CO & SD modules).
* Independent and hands-on working style.
* Proficiency in MS Office applications.
* Ability to handle confidential information.
