Job Summary:We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our holiday homes. The ideal candidate will ensure that properties are well-maintained, guest experiences are seamless, and operational efficiency is upheld. The role involves supervising housekeeping, coordinating with maintenance teams, and ensuring compliance with Dubai Tourism regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the daily operations of multiple holiday home properties.

Ensure all properties meet the highest standards of cleanliness, maintenance, and guest readiness.

Coordinate and supervise housekeeping and maintenance staff.

Conduct regular property inspections and address any issues promptly.

Manage guest check-ins and check-outs to ensure a smooth experience.

Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests efficiently.

Ensure compliance with Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism (DET) regulations.

Maintain inventory of household supplies and amenities.

Liaise with property owners and management to ensure service quality.

Generate reports on occupancy, guest feedback, and operational performance.

Requirements:

Proven experience in hospitality, property management, or a similar role.

Strong leadership and organizational skills.

Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Familiarity with Dubai holiday home regulations.

Ability to multitask and work under pressure.

Proficiency in English; Arabic or other languages is a plus.

Valid UAE driving license preferred but not mandatory
