About Us:

What You’ll Do:
Lead the setup of our new maintenance and repair department—layout, tools, and processes.
Diagnose and fix motorcycles of all makes and models, from routine tune-ups to trickier engine overhauls.
Work closely with our retail team to recommend parts, gear, and accessories that riders might need.
Keep detailed records of jobs and ensure the shop stays organized and safe.
Provide friendly, transparent communication with customers about their bikes and necessary repairs.
What We’re Looking For:
Solid background in motorcycle mechanics (at least a few years of hands-on experience).
Comfortable working on different bikes—sport, cruiser, off-road, you name it.
Eager to learn and experiment with new tools and techniques as we build this department.
Great people skills. You don’t have to be a pro salesperson, but you should know how to talk to riders in a genuine way.
Ideally, a motorcycle license or at least a love for test-riding what you fix.
