Available Positions:
1. Quantity Surveyor
Key Responsibilities (Vary by Role)
Prepare and manage cost estimates, bills of quantities, and project budgets.
Administer contracts, variations, and payment applications.
Monitor and control project costs to ensure financial efficiency.
Develop and implement commercial strategies for major projects.
Negotiate terms, procurement strategies, and manage risk.
Analyze cost data and prepare detailed financial reports.
Lead and mentor junior team members to achieve project goals.
Qualifications
Education:
BSc in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.
Experience:
Quantity Surveyor: Minimum 5+ years.
Skills:
Proficiency in FIDIC contracts and cost management tools (e.g., Aspen, CCS).
Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively under tight deadlines.
