Principal

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Nursery female Principal with experience in GCC. The principal's primary responsibilities will be increasing current student numbers, supervising education staff, managing budgets, and overseeing day-to-day preschool operations.
The candidate must have a degree in Education with three years of experience or a minimum of an Early Years Diploma with five years of experience.
Responsibilities:
• Increasing the student numbers.
• Manage the budget and resources of the nursery.
• Supervise and support a team of teachers and staff members.
• Ensure compliance with all licensing and accreditation requirements of Ministry of Education in Bahrain.
• Maintain open communication with parents and families.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive curriculum that meets the needs of all students.
• Coordinate special events and activities for students and families.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience working in early childhood education.
• Previous experience in a leadership or principal role in GCC.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of current trends and best practices in early childhood education.
• Having Ministry of Education approval in Bahrain as a principal.
• First Aid certification.
