1. Runners
• Responsibilities:
• Assist in delivering food and beverages from the kitchen to the dining area promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of service stations.
• Support waitstaff in ensuring a seamless dining experience for guests.
• Requirements:
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

2. Waiters
• Responsibilities:
• Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen staff.
• Ensure timely delivery of orders and attend to guests’ needs during their dining experience.
• Requirements:
• Proven experience as a waiter or in a customer service role.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of food and beverage menus.

3. Cooks
• Responsibilities:
• Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with established recipes and standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace.
• Assist in inventory management and notify the head chef of any shortages.
• Requirements:
• Previous experience as a cook in a restaurant setting.
• Knowledge of various cooking methods and procedures.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
