qualifications:
• bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field.
• aramco approval is a mandatory
• minimum 15+ years of experience in qa/qc management in the construction industry.
• proven experience in managing quality control and assurance processes for large-scale construction projects.
• in-depth knowledge of industry standards, codes, and regulations related to quality control and assurance.
• excellent leadership and management skills, with a track record of successfully leading qa/qc teams.
• strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
key responsibilities:
• oversee and manage qa/qc activities on construction projects, ensuring compliance with company and client requirements.
• develop and implement quality control plans, procedures, and inspection schedules.
• conduct regular inspections, audits, and assessments to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• ensure that all construction work meets specifications, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
• lead and mentor the qa/qc team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.
• prepare detailed reports, inspections, and audit documentation for client reviews and internal use.
• collaborate with project managers, contractors, and other stakeholders to address quality issues and ensure proper corrective actions.
