Sales/Admin UAE- Educational Consultancy

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our growing team at Mint Edu Overseas, an education consultancy firm specializing in helping students achieve their academic dreams. Our Main Areas of Consultancy would be Medicine (MBBS (MD), Nursing, Dentistry), Aviation (Aeronautical (Pilot) Course, Aircraft Maintenance Engg. Air Transport Management), Engineering Courses and other Management Related Courses.
Our First priority of Placement of Students is in Georgia where we are placed. We also provide Admissions and Consultancy services to Azerbaijan, Uzbekistan and Moldova.
Position: Sales/Admin Staff
Location: At their respective States/Provinces.
Employment Type: Part Time
Key Responsibilities:
• Promote and sell education consultancy services to prospective clients (Students/Parents).
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and institutions.
• Provide administrative support for client records, schedules, and follow-ups.
• Meet and exceed Yearly Sales targets.
• Work with the team to create and implement effective sales strategies.
Requirements:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Prior experience in sales or education consultancy is preferred.
• Self-motivated and target-oriented.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools is a plus.
• Experience in Designing Education related Posters/ Videos to boost Sales Ads.
• A passion for education and helping students.
Remuneration:
Compensation is performance-based, with earnings directly tied to sales generated. Competitive incentives and rewards for achieving targets are offered.
