Job Responsibilities:
•Responsible to generate required revenues and margins in line with budget targets.
•Have a clear understanding and focus on overall support of commercial topics, inparticular tiered pricing (models) and terms & conditions in alignment with thebusiness lines.
•Manage multiple customers, segments, and product lines Leads, Renewals andSubscription Sales opportunities, and lifecycle of Renewals while consistentlyfollowing the sales methodology and best practices.
•Safeguarding customers exploit their platforms to the maximum, upsell potentials arerecognized, explained to customers, and executed. Oversee all customer sales toensure all client needs are met quickly and professionally.
•Review sales numbers, identify areas in need of improvement and develop newstrategies to improve sales numbers and meet targets.
•Responsible for the sanity of pipeline entries, sales database management, reviewingsales numbers, and working on an appropriate number (which supports the OIT /budget targets) of opportunities that are monitored in the pipeline tool.
•Create sales reports for assigned accounts to be presented to the Director S&Mincorporating all aspects of performance, sales numbers, prospects, and closing.
•Take part in and lead planned training programs for business teams, and customers.
•Prospect new opportunities through networking, cold calling, and other leadgeneration techniques with a planned number of calls per month.
•Manage the complete sales cycle, performing lead qualification, providingdemonstrations, and PoCs to customers as and when necessary or required to do so.
•Identify, build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
•Responsible for collecting information on market and industry trends, tenders,incumbents, technology, and price sensitivity for prioritized industries and identifyingpotential leads.•Responsible for collecting market data, tenders, incumbents, technology, and pricesensitivity for prioritized industries and identifying potential leads.•Initiating interaction and driving sales activities with (potential) customers.Coordination of RFX responses and tender management with bid submission.
•Support Director Business Development (S&M) with the negotiation of contracts withcustomers to ensure appropriate, risk-limiting contracts are achieved.
•Protection and tracking of recurring revenues (S&M, License expansion, hostedcontracts).
•Building partner network across territory.
•Position includes 50-60% travel.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s/ Masters’ degree in Computer Science, Business, Digital Marketing. MBA will be a plus.
