1- Senior Presales Engineer – low Current
Technical Consultation:
Understand customer requirements and provide tailored technical solutions.
Design systems such as CCTV, fire alarms, access control, and other light current solutions.
Prepare technical drawings, layouts, and schematics using AutoCAD or similar tools.
Prepare detailed technical and commercial proposals.
Assist the sales team in presenting and explaining proposals to clients.
Technical Support:
Provide pre-sales support to clients and answer technical queries.
Collaborate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams to ensure project feasibility.
Expertise:
In-depth knowledge of light current systems, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
Software Skills:
Proficiency in design tools (AutoCAD, Revit, or similar).
Familiarity with simulation and costing tools specific to light current systems.
Problem-Solving:
Ability to assess client needs and create optimal solutions.
Analytical mindset to troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges.
Project Management:
Coordination and multitasking capabilities to handle multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics & Communication Engineering, or a related field.
Experience:
5+ years in presales or a similar role in the light current industry.
Certifications:
Vendor-specific certifications (e.g., Axis, Honeywell, Bosch, etc.).
2- Senior Presales Engineer – Data Network
Responsibilities
Technical Consultation:
Understand client requirements and assess their networking needs.
Analyze existing infrastructure and provide upgrade recommendations.
Solution Design:
Design and architect network solutions, including hardware, software, and services.
Develop comprehensive network layouts, diagrams, and configurations.
Proposal Development:
Prepare detailed technical and financial proposals for network solutions.
Assist in drafting RFP (Request for Proposal) responses with accurate cost estimation.
Technical Support:
Collaborate with sales teams to address client queries and concerns.
Provide presales support during contract negotiations and closing.
Technical Expertise:
Deep understanding of networking protocols (e.g., TCP/IP, MPLS, OSPF, BGP).
Proficiency in network security, firewalls, and VPNs.
Experience with data center solutions and cloud networking (AWS, Azure, etc.).
Configure network devices based on client requirements.
Develop configuration files to implement the proposed design.
Certifications:
Relevant certifications like CCNP, CCNA, or equivalent.
Strong communication and presentation abilities.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Project Management:
Ability to multitask and manage multiple presales projects simultaneously.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or Electronics and Communication Engineering. Experience
