Medium Driving License Van Sales(Rotty) Driver- Indian National

We are looking for a responsible and customer-oriented Van Sales Driver with a valid Medium Driving License to drive a Rotty van. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the safe and efficient delivery of products, handling sales directly with customers, and ensuring product quality. You will play a key role in growing the business by promoting products, building relationships, and providing excellent service to all clients on assigned routes.

Key Responsibilities:
> Delivery & Sales:
- Safely operate the Rotty van to deliver products to designated locations on time.
- Load and unload goods according to orders, ensuring product safety and quality.
- Handle cash and ensure timely remittance to the company in line with policies.

> Customer Relations:
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients.
- Conduct daily visits to assigned sales locations and promote products.
- Provide product information and suggestions to customers.

> Inventory & Reporting:
- Keep accurate records of sales, deliveries, and customer transactions.
- Monitor and report inventory levels in the vehicle, ensuring no stockouts or excesses.
- Assist in conducting regular stock audits and inform management of discrepancies.

Requirements:
- Valid Transferable Iqama
- License: Valid Medium Driving License required.
- Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a sales or delivery driver, ideally in FMCG.

Skills:
- Good driving skills with a strong safety record.
- Basic sales skills with excellent customer service orientation.
- Proficiency in basic math for cash handling and reporting.
- Physical Ability: Able to load/unload products and handle physical demands of the role.
- Language: Arabic, Hindi, Urdu, Malayalam
