For dinning restaurant with following requirements :-
1- Minimum of 5 year in kitchen executive is position and minimum of 2 years as executive chef.
2- Experience in the field of dinning restaurants.
3- Full knowledge of food costing.
4- Full knowledge of menu engineering and costing.
5- Good managerial skills.
